Proposal and NHRA and IHRA Responses

Here is a copy of the proposal. I emailed it to whole bunch of people, but here it is for everyone to see. I was hesitant to do so because I don't want to start any fights. I got great feedback positive and negative from the racers, who did respond. I did get some down right nasty emails and PM's from some people. I should have expected that and I kinda said ok screw it. I'm not going to do that. Let's all have constructive thoughts on the matter. You will see my ideas in the proposal and it was nice to hear from Graham Light at NHRA and Skooter Peaco at IHRA.
