Lakeland Florida info
Have a cousin exploring buying a mobile home in a 55+ community near Lakeland Florida--- I might add this will be a winter home not a year around property-----any one have comments please either positive or negative regarding the area---thanx FED 387

Great place to live. Its only about 30 miles from Tampa and 60 miles to Orlando so a nice central location. Lakeland still has a bit of a small town atmosphere. Perfect for a winter home. Like all cities there are good and bad areas.
