For you old timers....what year was the timing tower moved from the pits to the "west side" ?

I took gliding classes there........until an instructor scared the &^%##^( outta me !!
The instructor was Debra Gray,,,,,,I remember that like it was yesterday and that was over 40 years ago..........!!! I've still got the logbook with her writing in it.......... |

I have many pics from 1970 with the tower on the west side of track after it moved. I'm gonna guess sometime between 66 and 68????
