It's once again time to begin planning our 10th annnual "Ohio Valley drag racers Dinner and Dance " The dinner and dance will be on saturday, january 19 2013 at the Ramada Plaza Louisville , Ky 40299. Anyone booking rooms for the Ramada please call 502-491-4830. Out of town guest staying friday night the 18th, the special room rate will be honored. When making reservations please let them know that you are with the Ohio Valley drag racers party for room rates of $69.95 per night. All room reservations must be reserved no later than jan 7th 2013. Our hospitality room will be open friday night as well as saturday. We encourage everyone to bring their own drinks, beer or liquor/moonshine to the hospitality room. Soft drinks and snacks will be provided. Friday night seating for 80 at Wicks Pizza (in the hotel) has been reserved for us from 7 to 11pm, as well as our very own karaoke contest,with trophies going to 1st and 2nd place. On saturday, anyone wanting to participate in going to the inside go cart track down the street on saturday 1:00pm please let matt know. Saturday evening cocktails will begin at 6:00 pm Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm entertainment with our DJ will follow beginning at 8:00pm. The cost for the dinner and dance will be $31.00 per person. Please make checks for dinner payable to Matt Alvey and mail to: 354 cedarbrook dr. mt. washington, Ky. 40047. Checks Must be recieved by January 7th, 2013. Due to the size of our banquet we are asking that all the money is paid by January 7th no exceptions. A cash bar will be available for your drinking pleasure. Anyone wanting to reserve a table of 8 in advance please let matt know. Once again we will be having a raffle and silent auction to offset the cost of our party.Any and all donations will be gladly appreciated. Please feel free to bring pictures or scrapbooks for everyone to enjoy. Master of Ceremonies Leo Taugher will be honoring our Div. 3 Stock and Super Stock Champions.
