Default trailer antenna

Can anyone recommend a good antenna for a 12v radio in an enclosed trailer. My current set up works fine until I start my generator, then I have trouble picking up the tracks station. Anyone else run across this problem?

Default Re: trailer antenna

I got a "hidden power antenna" from a local car stereo shop. Its auctual real use is for cars that dont want a antenna visable outside the car. It looks like a long strip and hooks up to the antenna cable on your radio and to 12 volts. It was about 35 bucks and solved the static problem caused by my generator.
