With more than two and a half weeks until the entry deadline; Super Stock is at the quota of 70 for Charlotte. I am sure that there are more racers who would like to enter; hopefully NHRA will increase the quota again.

At least NHRA has changed the policy if there are withdrawls.

Out of curiosity I checked early this morning before it opened for one grade point and it was sitting at 64 so that shows there were some anxious folks waiting by the keyboard. Glad the Volkmans and others got in and since the other categories are still way below quota let's hope NHRA helps the racers (and their cash flow so it should be a no-brainer).

Jim...car count actually went to 67 before grade 1 could enter. I know I was by the computer (not so patiently) waiting. I'm sure since only 3 grade 1 racers got in, I would guess plenty more would enter IF they raised the quota again. I know if I were on the outside looking in I would want them to raise it.
