Live from Hershey , PA - NHRA Division One Awards Banquet

After a short two hour ride ( thru rush hour ) we arrived at the Hershey Lodge and not a minute too soon as the last twenty four hours brought about a huge change in temps .We went from the high fifties yesterday to the high teens tonight .But inside the Lodge its great and everyone can forget about the uglies outside and enjoy friendships inside .

After having a great dinner tonight at the Hershey Grille we came back to the Sports bar themed "Bear's Den" for a little bench racing and now back in our room for a little rest as I've got an early wake up call .Tomorrow morning it'll be an early breakfast and tech meetings then lunch and some outlet shopping with Deb followed by more time at the Den and maybe a little rest before the banquet .

I'll try and get a few celebrity shots in the AM ..............

ps- Guess which brand of autos are in front of the meeting rooms .And in my favorite color no less ......what a tease .

Mr.Johnson - I thought everyone knew what my background is and was .................Yeah , I know - spoken like a true used car guy .

Did you know ?? This is the 45th annual Division One Banquet and Tech Seminar - even I wasn't aware they were going on that long .

After a great early morning breakfast it was off to meetings and seminars - the main one attended by more than a hundred Certification Team members and Tech people from many of the Division One member tracks .

Used car dealers don't use vasoline anymore. Soft lighting and in house financing create a higher grosos and a smiling customer

Joe - Both Bobby and Penny are here - and having fun .In a litlle less than an hour the bench racing begins and then the show ............should be a exciting evening - too bad you couldn't make it .
