Probably the engine from Ford Racing would a good start but is probably not an NHRA legal stock engine as is. I think many of your assumptions about Ford Racing helping many racers are different than they really are, but they probably couldn't help you because the person you contacted may not have known the answer you were looking for. Ford Racing gave the racers a good start with the products they provided but then the racers took the cars to the next level. I think the loop you refered to doesn't exist but the NHRA Engine Specs should have some of the answers you are looking for on the engine.

I don't think that is the legal motor. I tried to look up the Cylinder Head number that is specified in the guide (BR3E-6049-C45H or BR3E-6050-C45H) and couldn't find it on Ford's site. The motor you posted is also listed as 11:1 while the 302 in the Engine Blueprint Specs is 12.5:1. I heard that it was difficult to get the heads for the 352 also, maybe call Holbrook? He build a lot of motors for Cobra Jets.

Thanks.......I think it's just a paper motor and doesn't exsist even piecing it together. Valve lift 473/473 and I don't know what the valves mean.

Probably not the one, Jimmy Ronzello had a D/SA 2012 cobra jet with the 5.0 coyote motor at Indy last week. NHRA specs are for the 5.0 motor that came in Mustang GT's starting in 2011, look at George Wright's site 9500rpm.com, there photos of this car being built
