Question gt/class

Afternoon all, i'm just currious as which gt class would a 71 454/425 be factored? And is this a good combo to put fourth the effort and time? And by the way it would be with the factory steel heads not the aluminum version. As i have the block and a set of the 188 head castings. I also have a set of the 291 castings that would make a 427/425. Which would be the best?

Thanks.
