She has always sucked, IMHO. What sucks more though is that this is a marathon that takes big money to win, and if daddy keeps throwing money at it, one of these years we'll get to call Ashley Force 'World Champion', whether she sucks or not. Then we'll get to hear how great she is every week being the first female F/C world champ and all, and ESPN will visit John in the old folks home so they can continue to do interviews with him.
Obviously, Top Fuel is no different, though from what I understand T/F is slightly easier to drive than AA/FC (I've never driven either, so I can only go on hearsay regarding this topic). It's amazing - as a die hard drag racing fan who grew up in the sport, I can hardly bring myself to watch the Pro shows anymore. I just can't take anymore of Paul Paige and John Force, not to mention all the multi-car corporate crap. The personalities in this sport have become SO dull and boring. We either need to bring back Whit Bazemore, or find Asta a ride in a fuel car...

Amen Jason... I find myself checking DragraceCentral to see if anyone I like wins before I even turn on the TV |

You're definitely not the only one Brad. Thank God for DVR's. Heck, even my uncle who doesn't miss a broadcast DVR's the drags so he can fast forward through all the commercials and incessant blabbering.

Beneficiaries of his hard work and skills with the sponsors. Hey watch the old folks home comments I'm right there with John. The announcing is what sucks hard. |
