Default Hotel Room for Bowling Green

I would like a few people who are familiar with the area to give me some recommendations for a room in Boiling Green. I haven't been there since 1993 and don't remember much about the place. A tip on where to get a good meal would be helpful also.

alot depends on what kind of room your looking for. Holiday Inn is where we always stay, alittle strong but they all are for a racing weekend. As far as good eatin' there are several places on the same road as Hol;iday Inn to choose from.

Give the Drury Inn a call at 270-842-7100. They are located on Scottsville Road about 6 miles from the track.

There are lots of motels at Exit 22 off I65 (US231). Lots of places to eat at that exit, too. The racetrack is at Exit 28, but there isn't much at that exit except the Corvette Museum. The mall is at exit 22, plus Walmart, too. Before we bought our motorhome, we used to stay at the Hampton, I think, or Budgetel. You could walk over to Bob Evan's from there.

See ya'll there!

Patsy

Stay away from the Best Western at exit 22. My brother stayed at the Hampton on the
july 10-11 and said it was a good stay. I stayed at the Western and it not what it was the August before.

Exit 22 is the place to be. Plenty of hotels to choose from. Montana Grill is a decent place to eat also at exit 22.
