No free rides on red lights, you don't know who goes red untill both drivers leave the tree.

Think about your cell phones now, you can monitor your house and know where your loved ones are by just pushing an app on the device. The first or worst rule is old style thinking. I would prefer to know that I won a race and that the wasn;t given to me because the other driver fouled in front of me. The faster car isn't an issue, the faster car may become a handicap. Also, look at the field in Pomona, 15% of the field are A/SA, how many fast cars can there be at one race, that would also change with more of a diversed field.
