Upper left corner, where it says "user CP"(control panel), then go to "edit ignore list", enter the user you want to ignore, click OK, done.
Only downfall is when the ignored person is quoted, it shows up. Just don't quote.

Too funny and rather pathetic that some grown men here that can’t handle differing opinions and advice only because they come from a bracket, .90 racer who has made more passes on the track than most of the regulars that post here, need an ignore option to cope because they can’t get their way and have him banned yet we obviously have more in common than not.

I firmly believe that most members of CR do not give 2 ****zz about your bracket car , especially ME.

This is funny as hell! Ed: In place of sitting back and letting this go since Ken defended you and given you free reign over his board you are in defense mode! Am sure you see it as gloating but you are showing you're weak..... So sad AND effing funny!!! LOL!!! ![]() ![]() ![]()

"By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws." Seems like the problem is that you have a very different view of the meaning of hateful as a lot of us do. Yes, it's your site and your rules but over the years I've seen quite a few sites close down due to forgetting that they need people who find them useful and enjoyable - and not annoying for no good reason. Disagreement is fine (and sometimes necessary) but requires backing up your opinion with facts - and unproven personal anecdotes don't count. Here, it's simply personal attacks when the opinion is challenged. Look at the likes in the various messages. They come from people who contribute a lot of knowledge and are reliable sources. I salute you for what you've done until this. From the days of CIS Go Racing, the Prodigy site, and many others I've seen many fade out and tank when the posters who provided great content leave. I think you may be a bit too focused on the censorship and PC things (knowing you didn't ask for my opinion) which don't really apply here. So no laws are being broken here even with the various court cases which have modifed the original language, but the usefullness of this site has been crippled. I don't expect a reply, but from your message and the "love it or leave it" statement, I remember well how that turned out in the past. |
