Please include every dime you spent getting ready to go , spent on fuel's , entry , travel expense, repair , flat tires , drinks, labor , lost wages and food as well as anything else you may have spent to and from the races.

Divide that number by the times you went down the track even if the weren't full passes . If you did not go to these races please look at the last race you raced
Party killer! LOL. No body crazy enough to do what we do should add this up!

Bo - two things - you forgot to include how many times you went down the the track to get to your $1,000 per pass .And if most of really knew how much it costs we'd stop altogether ...............

I can actually get under this number for a year... But then again I can make 20 runs on 5 gallons of C12!

I think he laid out how he figured his costs. Some responses are only factoring entries and race fuel. He is factoring everything it costs. Some people have motorhome and/or trailer payments, cost of fuel to get to the track, wear and tear on the equipment, maintainance, entries, race fuel, tires, crew expences, etc. So anyone that thinks that it only costs 30 to 40 dollars per run is fooling themselves.
