Hi gang - I finally drug my tired bones to the track tonight and believe me when I came thru the gates I couldn't believe my eyes .The place is packed - in the last few years I can't remember it being this full - tommorrow morning I'll take some high up shots of the pits and you'll see what i'm talking about .

In my absence Ken was kind enough to fill in - not sure where he found the time ....well you know how it is when you're on the Provisional Pole and what with the autograph sessions and appearances and all . Thanks Ken ......and you better not dock me for today because as you can see I'm working overtime tonight .And oh BTW you're looking pretty sporty in that new ride - better thank Anthony a bunch ! ! !

I'm doing this in spurts as the Internet tonight is terrible - it keeps booting me off .

The ride here was plenty eventful - rain - thunderstorms - wind - heat - humidity .....you name it and it happened on the way here .It got so bad at one point I spent some time in a rest area - it was quiet and peaceful listening to the rain on the coach roof .Ah - thats livin' .............

I can't finish up tonight without talking about fuel a little as I stopped on Route 73 just outside of Berlin at the Valero station to see my friend Punjab and get some of his inexpensive diesel -I cant believe its .35 to .45 cents a gallon cheaper here in New Jersey and Punjab even puts it in .

See you folks in the AM -- I'm told there is a possibility that many rounds will be run tomorrow as bad weather is expected Sunday ........whatever happens ClassRacer.COM will keep you up to date ......................later .

Hey Rock, its a fun ride. I am so used to my old junk, it makes my car look like a model T. Everything new and hi-tech. I would love to have one, but I could never give up my car. I would love it if NHRA would let us use some of this new technology in the old cars.

Error: There is a 09 ' Challenger in H/SA. I got that combo bumped out of H and G. Maybe a H/S. Anybody know?

Good morning boys and girls - Whatever time we were to go out this morning is off the table as during the night bigtime fog rolled in and talk about pea soup this is it -visibility is about 50 yards at best and it feels like you're soaking wet but not raining .Numbers ? here they are - 77 degrees w/ 74% humidity and 106 grains of water but w/ 30.02 barometer and totals up to 2100' already .

The Internet here this morning is again the worst so I jumped on Atcos' wi-fi and pirated some of Joe Sways' signal .........thanks Joe ! !

I really like that 62 Dart in your photos. It appears to be a Dart 500 which is a really rare piece on its own. From the sheets I see it's in B which seems pretty high for a 383, or is that body that light?

Dodge Dart Polara 500. Had one with a 413 Max Wedge.
