Very sorry to hear this.

Shirley was a very nice and friendly person. Fun to talk to.

Part of the reason you always felt welcome at an IHRA race.

Condolenes to Hank.

My generation of racers spends a lot of time talking about "back in the day" and how it used to be. Sadly, that now will apply to the IHRA Tech Trailer. Even though she sometimes tried to put on a stern face, she always got a little smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye when I gave her my "morning Miiss Shirley". Gods speed Miss Shirley.

Hank,
I am truely sorry to hear of your loss. I do not have to tell you that Shirley was a special lady
While we racers have lost a friend you have lost your best friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
I extend my deepest sympathy.
