I gave up on NHRA in July when they said I needed to renew my membership even tho I hadn't even finished the first year of a two year membership renewal. Do you think I could get a answer to this. NO. So nothing by them suprises me anymore. Only thing I know is they wont be getting anymore of my money.

It wouldn't bother me if they totally seperated Pro and Sportsman racing events...and it looks like it wouldn't bother them either.

Perhaps we can get Jeg's Mail Order to add another one or two sportsnational events to their schedule, cause it sure wouldn't bother me to have a sportsman only national event tour!!!

A Bronze Card is awarded to the numbers 6 through 10 finishers divisionally in Top Alcohol Dragster and Top Alcohol Funny Car who did not earn a Gold *or* Silver Card. The Silver and Bronze Card is for entry to national events only.

Forget Englishtown.Between the curfew and the less than sportsman friendly management a better prospect would be Atco.I think Sway would be receptive to such a race.Instead of Sept. LODRS race have a Sports Nationals. Ed

I used to race a LOT of IHRA, especially when I lived in NC. However, IHRA is never going to draw a major crowd in class racing (stock and SS) as long as there are so many 1/8th mile events. I think IHRA is great, and treats the racers like kings compared to NHRA, but I think there are too many like myself that just cannot stand 1/8th mile racing in class.
Just my opinion, not worth a nickel.

Ed, the only problem with Atco is space....they definately are the best run race track in Div 1 but would be tight for a sportsnats....just my take on it.....At the last points meet we were so tight I had to have the guy next to me move his trailer back and forth everyday so i could get my side trailer door open.
