I would like to see someone build a Mach 1. I have only driven one Mustang with the Mod Motor in it.
It was an 02 convertible GT with a stick. I really wasn't impressed. The car "felt" really heavy. In the Fun Ford Weekend series, I think they have the mod motor class. There are some very fast cars, but I think alot of them are stroker mod motors.
