A dark shield is not considered a blinder. A taped up or painted visor is considered a blinder, which is illegal! When a racer is told he can?t have or use something, that mean all other racers can?t use it either! Since there is no tech, we the racers have to police ourselves!

My apologies I just should have used my left hand to keep the sun out of my eyes and not a small card tucked in my helmet witch falls under the no blinder rule . Sorry again just wasn't thinking straight .

Hmmm, what about a solid sun visor? A dip of the head should block the top bulbs.

Rules are clearly enforced differently for different individuals!

Wow, just, wow. There are so many ways to circumvent that, which if done well, 99.9% of racers would never even see. And neither would NHRA.

And this is something we're worried about, and turning in fellow racers for? That's what this has all come to.....

Okay. That's a choice. Another reason to ask myself if I really want to go racing again....

To be clear, I am opposed to the guys who were, in effect, taping a rural mail box to their helmet to block the tree and their competitor.
