1979 3 seat ford country squire wagon with 302 2 bbl.
3703# and 130hp = 28.48 natural 1979 wagon 3643# and 130hp = 28.02 natural 1979 2dr ltd 3406# and 130hp =26.2 natural There are LOTS of ford combos with the 302 2bbl!! Yes I would love to see a 26# v8 class!!

And so would I but (IMHO) NHRA doesn't like slow, in-expensive combos that the average working slob can afffford. Before they come up with a 26 lb. V8 class, they should try "fixing" the weight breaks in their FWD classes.

I might of been the one on the Iron Dukes 4---we did a lot of coordinated development with Paul Vanderley & Harold at General Kinetics and also Pontiac racing on creating SD4 parts and not only making them perform but also to survive and not self destruct---FED 387

I wouldn't think that the bottom end would be much of an issue in a Stocker.
