I sent an email to all the folks at div 3 regarding this issue. Literally 5 minutes later William Tharpe personally just called me back. Yes there is something going on wonky with the online tech card. He has IT looking into it but assured me no worries we will get you in. Pretty darn cool, you folks in div 3 have a damm good dude as div director! Kp
