I figured I would share this update from "NHRA Northeast Division" page on Facebook:

Tuesday 5/7/24 - Still no change in schedule. We continue to monitor the weather and understand all the concerns, we (NHRA) have significant investment in these events also with staffing, hotels, travel and other items. There is still no clear answer on Mother Natures plan so we will stay with the original program. Plan for the worst and hope for the best, to many scenarios to make a call this quick.

Always a very tough call. But it really looks pretty rough.
Im sure not driving 5 hours to risk it...

May need to finish on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are still a little shaky.

Saturday might be OK depending on the forecast you look at. Friday and Sunday look terrible though.

Wonder if they're gambling on "1 run, straight into eliminations, finish on Saturday" and then anything that gets done on Friday is a bonus?
