In third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade, I went to school with kids that didn;t speak english. That was 1967, 8 9 and 1970. Its not a recent phenomenon.
My dad went to school with kids in the 1930 and 40 that didn't speak the language. My mother too. Just adding a little insight. |
