What usually made a Circle track cam was it usually made more torque through the mid-range RPM and kinda petered out at the upper RPM levels. I'd say stick it in , degree it, put some 1.6 rockers on the intake side and check your piston to valve clearance. Then go have some fun, check your finish line RPM and gear the rear accordingly.
