It is good to see Casey Miles there with his AWESOME Camaro. He is qualified at .481 under with a licensed street legal stocker. How cool is that??? The interview that Bobby did at the Baby Gators was very cool and I found out more info about that car. Original Baldwin Chevrolet car - COOL.
Thank you for the kind words. I broke something in the engine again. Hoping for the new bullet soon.

Its not like they didn't know how to prep track. Q1 was flawless. Yet bcuz of "the interest in time with inclement weather pursuing" no further preps were initiated. Historically Division Directors would see an unsafe track where traction had gone away and stopped things to reprep. This was not done. The last car Cody Phillips spun so bad, he hit the rev limiter skated both ways and got out of it. Tons of cars spinning and and 3-4 tenths off their dial ins. Very Egregious managing.
Learned this at the Baby's with SuperStock round one! The dew fell and FEW people could see to drive. It was obvious malfeasance after the 1st few cars left. After SS was over they announced dew had fallen and too dangerous. Trust me, the dew fell before the round. Again, malfeasance and luckily Noone hurt.
Retrospectively the mentality seems to "get the race over with regardless of SAFETY and fairness to competitors. Definitely a whalewagon race to win. No Way the tower wasnt letting things progress in less than a conscienous manor.

I for one do not enjoying going to a NHRA track knowing I’m going to spend 1K in fuel, plus entry and race fuel only to be give a ill prepared track.

I agree 100% It is the responsibility 100% of the tracks to prepare the "SAFE" track if the owners do not know how Call "Mass Traction" they know how , BUT at one time it was up to the racers to let the track people know the track is unsafe is appropriate not just complain to each other but talk to track decision makers civic with a solution to your complaints is best

Until some of you guys decide not to go down an "unprepped" track, you will continue to go down "unprepped" tracks. Problems need to be solved when the problem is happening. Complaining on this forum is doing very little. Grow some balls and stop your car on the track and let them know that this is not what you're paying for!!! I believe David Barton did this once!! Remember "you are the customer"!!

I have to agree with you 100% Larry. It's not just the entry fee that's at stake here but everything else that the Racer has to spend just to get to an ill-prepped track.

But ya know, you wouldn't have that problem with a Neon. ;-)

Good morning all... well not so good. A rainy dreary day, hoping it moves out later today, but track drying will be a long process. It rained very heavy last night. Rain is on and off this morning with much cooler temps. Yesterday was not a good day for many racers, there were so many complaints about traction, more than I have heard in a very long time. Low powered Super Stockers spinning. There was no sun out with a windy day, no excuse for not having a properly prep track. I am at a loss for words...
