It would be nice to get an explanation for the increase but we all realize everything is at a higher price including the fuel it takes for all the workers to get to the tracks. With last year's traction compound issues I wonder what a drum cost today compared to a couple of years ago. At most of the tracks the starting line crew's do a great job giving us a good starting line. But there has been times that the starting lines could use some more prep after watching cars spin. I hope that some of the extra money goes to keeping the starting lines in better shape for all the cars. BP

I can say in my series doing all the off-season purchases for trophies, t-shirts has skyrocketed and I've been trying to keep my fees where they are but, it might have to get a small raise or we might have to cut some things out. |

Wish I knew. I honestly didn't even know there was an increase till I was looking around at something on the D1 site and stumbled upon the increase. I know we had an increase a few years ago to $200 but, it went up to $2k to win /$1k R/UP based on 33+ cars so I think most were okay with that. I know Nationals went up $10 this year also. I know D4 & D7 went to $200 with $2k to win this year but, not sure why D2 has stayed the same but, I think a lower payout then 2k. I know speaking to someone the Divisional offices have no control on the website and what is posted so that's why they use Facebook to post info but, it's very hard to find any type of payouts on that site. The D2 site has the D1 site from 2022 payouts posted saying $200 but, Baby Gators says $180.....my head hurts. They honestly need to have someone come in and revamp the whole Divisional site and make it even all the way across so when something is posted, it's posted over all 7 divisions. |

From a few good sources I heard it was the tracks who voted on raising the entry. I heard they wanted $50 but, was settled on $25. Had a few people reach out to me
