NHRA has 409 for both 415 and 426

1) End of year updates from NHRA applied to the database with all the new HP factors.
2) 1969 Pontiac shipping weights updated per NHRA. 3) 2023 Chevrolet Camaro added.

When looking at engine blueprint specs. At the top it has Revisions and then each date. What does it mean if some of the dates are followed by WR?
