Same here. Never worked right for me at Indy. All I got were the Testing, Testing, Testing ones then some did come in way late. Like the next day late if at all. Some were for classes I didn't sign up for. Although it wasn't bad. I was parked right next to a speaker and close to the lanes anyway. I will give props to the parking staff and other staff at the track. I don't know who hired them, but they found some good ones in my opinion. They were very nice, efficient, and even told us several times how much the appreciated us. I thought it was a trick the first couple of times I heard it. |

I just got the call to the lanes for the semis!
Never worked timely for us. Not once.

Remember when the little men rode around on their scooters herding the correct class to the lanes on time. And when Redman and associates somehow put all the class cars IN ORDER for class eliminations. A then B then C .. How in the world did they ever do all that stuff. Seems impossible in this new techy age.

Same here. They also shut off the PA on the East side of the track in the mornings near the pros, so we had to guess when we were called by the cars driving by.

I didn't get any texts until Friday, but it seemed to work fairly well beginning around noon and then for the rest of the weekend. Never could really rely on it though.
I also had great radio reception on Wednesday, but it was never the same after that.
