I know that distributors/manufacturer's can get fined/sued for shipping hazardous materials by air freight, such as lithium batteries, performance fuel additives, circle track tire treatments, etc. That's where a lot of the problems lie, not some political conspiracy.

If I was Jegs, I would never sell a part again to anyone who lives in the republic of California. F that state. Between their off road engine laws, madates on electric cars, and even gun laws, it seems impossible to live there.

Aftermarket part manufacturing companies, re-sellers and distributors are being targeted by deep-rooted individuals acting on their own initiative within certain agencies. That's why SEMA and other automotive groups are pushing for passage of the RPM Act.
