Bakersfields is a happy surprise to me. Last time we had a NHRA divisional was somewhere around 1994. The double headers sure saves a lot of money. I can see a real good car count coming there.
The new schedule is nice from my home here in Las Vegas now. Paul |

I had to look through my 2008 Jegs Log Book, to find out that Bakersfield held a LODRS race in Sept. 2008, that I raced in, back when my now former class of DF/S had the 15.90 index there (I don't however recall if Auto Club Famoso Raceway, was an altitude track or not?). Paul, I would've preferred they scheduled that race in September (like '08), instead of 2-3wks prior to the Vegas fall races, as its scheduling isn't much better than Tucson's was last year (in geographic relation that is). I am glad though, that LVMS did step up and make their spring race a doubleheader.
