Thanks for the kind words Jimmy.

Glad to see some are enjoying following the build. I believe it's something not many get to see in detail to get a feel for how much time and work it takes to build a car from scratch.

I thought the Mailbu was unmatched. Man, you have done it again, Todd. I'll say, Ive been a big fan of your skill and abilities, from way back when you built your open trailer, from scratch, and the seeing a few cars you did thru the shop. My hat is off....

Funny you mentioned the trailer build as when I went to an enclosed trailer I sold the custom open to a member here on Classracer. Can't remember his name though.

Sure miss that trailer some days.

Buddy of mine came over the other weekend to help sand on the car to prep for powder coating.

Loading up to drop off to powder coating.

A little over a week later and the powder coat was done.

While I was finishing up the fabrication, a good friend worked on a rendering for the car to get an idea of how it will look with various color choices.

And with that, this is almost where we are today.

Just last Monday I delivered the car to the body shop. So now the wait...

My goal would be to try and have the car back from body/paint by the end of the year to give me the rest of the winter/spring to assemble, plumb & wire the car, but we will jut have to see how this goes since it's out of my control now.
