I think there's an argument to be made that the new 'spot check' method is better, at least when it comes to personal safety equipment.
In the past, you could bring your 'tech helmet' or other safety device for the inspection, then race in a different one you like better. Can't really do that anymore.

its kind of good to see you have similar issues . We have been running a self tech system with just a couple of random cars pulled in . It all goes fine till people get tossed for incorrect / lacking safety gear or exceeding ET limits . Boy do you then hear the screaming and finger pointing .
Rule #1 , KNOW the rules . Safety is not just for you its also for everybody else . Tex |
