Start with something incredibly simple, a cubic inch tester. They already carry one in the tech trailer. Wouldn't take but a few minutes to pump an engine up. If something looks fishy, keep going from there.

Especially on Lower Class cars that are Carb CFM limited. I know more BUT: Better not say any more! I have made back to back testing.

I bracket race so I've been keeping out of this, but I will tell you that a 1/4 turn of a screw on a carb is an eat or be eaten decision on the track. I can't believe how people learn to fine tune these darn things like they do let alone "cheat" on the dozen or so variables that are in there to "vari" with. Fuel supply to the motor is so critical that not enough at high rpm will kill the engine.

Ok, no name asshole wannabe here, I wish somebody would police 66-7 B body stockers with 10” wheels with 4” of backspace and narrowed rearends.

The wider wheel allows a "larger" contact patch of the slick, so they make it so it has say 4" back spacing instead of needing 3 6/32nds back spacing mainly because off the shelf wheels are easier to find then custom offset.
