Talked with Peter today and he says Dick continues to improve. He is walking and talking like a chatterbox and wants to go racing. Pretty sure he has a ways to go before he will.
Get better soon Dick and Tonka says "WOOF". That means he wants to see his Uncle Dick again soon! Jim . .

Update on Dick. He's doing great! They have moved him to a private room and he is up and walking three times a day.

Great news Jim. Proof positive that Prayers do get answered. When there is so much negativity in the world, it is great to hear a "feel good" story. I am sure Dick's family is much relieved at his progress.

Best news I've had all week...... Dick will be released tomorrow (Tuesday)! I'm sure he'll be glad to be going home. He still will have to go through therapy and taking it easy but it sure beats the alternative! Get better real soon!
I also wanted to let people know who the real hero's were in this situation. Gary Russell and Peter Noriega noticed Dick was in distress and managed to find a car and drive him to the hospital. Gary was also smart enough to give Dick an asprin! Gary said Peter was driving so fast he was in fear for his life!  All's well that ends well! Get better soon Dick and listen to the doctor! Much love from me, Neesie and Tonka the race dog. .
