Truly sad news. Dave was my good friend for a lot of years. I have many funny stories. He will be missed. My sympathies to Tim, and the entire Bishop family.

Words can't express the sadness I felt hearing this news, RIP Dave Bishop.
Just drove through Easton a few days ago and remembered I needed to call Dave and set a date of another racers dinner. We were going to meet again at Harris's Crab House to share pictures and tall tales from our racing past with our friends again. A true drag racing historian, wonderful man and dear friend has left us, Godspeed. You will always be missed.
