Wow Phil, with Rory moving and now you it seems like there won't be be many familiar faces at Mission.

Have you actually been to Fallon? Kind of a landscape shock compared to northwest Warshington for sure. Bring trees with you if you like trees. I believe it also gets cold and snow there in the winter but i've only been through there in August and November.

Lake Havasu seems cool, it looks like any sort of motorized vehicle is allowed on the road in town.

My Mom lives in Havasu and I just can't see a racer living there. No tracks within reasonable distance, garage temps are 100+ for 3/4s of the year, not much of a race car environment out there that I see. Lots of boats and ?

I read in your other post about coming to Az. The home market is pretty hot right now for sellers. Usually multiple bids over asking price. First question out here is asking if home is in HOA community. They SUCK. No 1 ton trucks, trailers, campers ,motorhomes. Horse property gets you all the freedom and space you would want. Glad to have you here . It's a dry heat.LOL

I bought in Cornville (think Sedona) but it was a 1031 exchange so it will be 2 years a rental before I can live in it---this will be the longest two years of my life, California is paradise ruined nowadays! Good luck on your search and relocation Phillip

I enjoy the town and rodeo and country bars. Any racetrack is far away. Closest is Wild Horse Pass. Maybe 110 miles 1 way with mountains.

Property is a bit slow here in Boulder City/Henderson and has dropped
a little bit 1-2 % last 6 months. Close to LVMS too!!
