I would open a Thursday TnT for Sportsman only before the National races and encourage full burnouts. Pacific stands to be a Season Opener at the end of July and the track may only be able to start racing the end of June or later. It looks like a max of 5 bracket race days to get rubber down before the Pro runs. Green tracks and nitro don't mix.

To put fans in the stands ... so they could understand what they were watching in the sportsman classes. Kill the index racing and go “back to the future” when everyone ran off of class records. Your local racer could be a national record holder and the spectators would see all the cars racing for the finish line . Divisional had some pro class racers to help bring out the fans. Pros have to actually live in the division they claim. Fewer National events so the “ pros” can show up at divisionals and a few match race dates along the way.
Most importantly is to give the local racers a competitive identity. A reason for the spectators to show up .. again. Maybe. Remembering the 60’s/ 80’s
And what made local racing popular.
And quit following everything NASCAR does. They are so low it’s become tv virtual racing. 🤮 Why?

If I still owned a track I would not consider having any event where:
1. There were no spectators allowed,
2. The public was afraid to attend as spectators.
That is a lose, lose for the owner of a track.

With 64 cars instead of 65 it's a six round race without any byes. Fastest 64 qualify from entry list. That will make the AFHS averages move up closer to reality.
