No Chillers in Staging would be a leveling of the field compromise. IMHO

I very often get parked in the pits, down near the end of the shut down area. If you get to pit near the staging lanes, it’s no problem. What does a chiller in the staging lanes bother?

The current rules don't allow one. It is one of those rules that is selectively enforced.
