My SG car can go the full second faster so it was ok with me however, I understand others issue's by voting it down.
Should the delay boxes be outlawed by the rules that will be fine with me. It is a easy change for me. I can adapt. Just give me the rules and I can play by them.
I did not complain and that is basically the same issue I hate to see. People on here trashing a class just because they do not run that class.
I watch and support all the class's and have race friends in all class's up to and including a few in the Pro class's
If we do not support all the sportsman class's as a whole we may not like the final outcome.
The Sportsmen class's are just filler the Pro's are the show and most of know that.
Some on here just do not get it and think of themselves and live in there own bubble.
The Pro's are currently running here at Indy so I am off to watch some of it.
End of second rant.

We are still here and will be until probably Tuesday when we leave for Earlville.
We are parked about 3 rows south of gate 8 on the east side 3 trailers to the inside.
Look for a white trailer with Texas tags. Lots of white trailers just not many with Texas tags.

Sorry Rick,
Rolled out last night to beat the traffic home since we live near the shore and this being a holiday. Hopefully see ya next year...we’ll, that’s if the .90 cars are allowed at Indy since it seems like we’re a headache to other classes.

Floyd my Brother-in-law had the same set up as you had and he was runner up at the Gatornationals the first time they had S/C there.

Basically the same system today. Slightly larger engine, still a Brogie roadster, run 8.60 index in NE2 Heritage series. Still use a bolt.

Went to many national events with a suburban and either an open trailer or a 22"- 24' enclosed

Shared motels with as many as 4-6 guys

Indy, Gainesville.....

Drove home from Etown every night (50 miles)and had a suburban and an open trailer......Did that many times.....

Maybe if motel prices did not skyrocket over the years the Motorhome era would not have become so popular and so fast.

Having one is a must anymore though to me. Could not race without some comfort....
