It depends on who's dyno you run it on, but real HP is 765-ish @ 7300-ish RPM.

If you use Racing Calculator, the new 2019 Mustang needs to makes1500 hp. To run 7.72 @ 175 mph. # 3575. If i used It correct?

I talked to a guy that pulled one out and put it on the dyno and it made 1100.

Wow, Amazing!! Without additional information, I would be inclined to suggest that your contact has either an extremely serious dynomometer calibration problem, a typographic error in data reported to you, a quite significant "error" in the data he/she has chosen to present to you. Or, (and this would be amazing!) he/she has figured out how to defy the laws of thermodynamics, in which case I would love to meet your friend without further delay, and the adult beverages commensurate with the conversation are entirely on me.

I'd say your spot-on Rob. The one's I've seen have been close to 780 on our dyno and up to 835+HP Blue Printed, .060 over and hopped up.
1.9 per CI is a possibility , but 2.25 or better per ain't happening without a power adder.
