Not too very long ago, everyone was on the IHRA bandwagon. Sportsman friendly, 2 races in one weekend (due to low car counts). Now there is, virtually, no sportsman racing. I wonder what happened?

The IHRA tracks around here were mostly small, rural tracks many of us had not heard of. Small dirt pits, etc. Pay outs were very low. I also quit going after checks started bouncing. They mostly drew local bracket racers anyway. May have been different in other areas.
