Mike - try this:

Type "Youtube" (without the " ") into the search box of your browser.
Click on the youtube.com web address and launch the program in a new tab
With Youtube running, you can search for D1TV.
A menu bar should open on the right of the open page.
Look for a red 'Live' box on one of the D1TV icons.
Double-click it and you should be golden!

Each video/live feed has its own unique web address, and every time the program re-loads it changes, so saving an address won't help.

Let us know how you make out! First cars down the track at 0900!
