Based on content and overall design of OEM engines & components produced since about 1997 (20 years or so), I'll say no.

I was thinking more along the lines of the street legal production cars in Stk Eliminator.

Article says it's LT1 with a shorter stroke. Anyone know the stroke?

I am too. Over the past 20 years production engine content has included titanium and inconel valves, 4340 h-beam rods, titanium rods, pistons with inboard pin bosses,, rings
narrower than .043", cnc ported heads, roller cams, roller trunion rockers, valve lifts greater than 0.550", knife edged or radiused counterweight cranks, dry sump oiling, aluminum blocks, superchargers, turbochargers, and great big throttle blades.
