Here are the details on the car
1970 Barracuda Original AAR car, not that that matters anymore.. All steel except Hood, Fenders and Bumpers Car is a Back Half, Ladder Bar car with a Dana 60 rear with 4:56 gears and Moser Axles and spool. Weighs a light 2,650lbs without driver Car was converted to front steer rack with all the stock front end parts and control arms..even down to the stock disc brakes. Has a 470 cubic inch stroker in it, based off a 400 block 440 Source Crank and Rods, With 440 source aluminum heads. Crane 1.6 Gold Rockers H-Beam Rods with Ross Flat Top pistons. .590 Solid Roller Cam M1 intake with BG carb as car was ran on E85 727 TF trans with 8" PTC converter and Tranz Act Brake Car has a best of 10:10 at 130.. We plan to get into the 9:90s A lot of stuff will be changed and new on this car so we didn't waste any time getting started |
