Rampy, Hairrington, and Ewing left in Combo! Larry had a -.010 red light in 3rd round. We just made another qualifying shot for the Lucas Oil race and we are done for the day. At 94 degrees, I think everyone is ready for some air conditioning and a cold one!

Looks like on Div, 2 web page Race will be completed Saturday. Shows only 119 cars on the grounds.

D2 starting line crew did a great job today giving us a place to race. Hats off to all of the crew. It begs the question: If its cheap and doesn't work, why is it better than the stuff that cost a little more and works? The cheep stuff affects the bottom line in a very negative way. Everyone wants to win and hates being beat by a bad track.

Larry don't know who did the track prep today but I do know that when Jim Howard and his crew does it on a weekly basis it is second to none we have made over a thousand passes down that track so I can say from experience! Hate the low car count but June in Ala. can be tough and why is NHRA having all these races back to back??? MMP used to draw a big car count I remember one time over 400! Good luck on Sat. hope you will come back next year!

Another bright shiny day here! I think 3 more stockers ran this morning that just got here. We will all get 1 more run this morning and then start racing.
