I think that John Duzac is a contender for those classes. He had the records in all three for a time there.

In C, I would say Ken Vaughn
Danny Byrd and Duzac have been well into the 30s in D. In E, Sheila Holts car is pretty fast.

I think Adam Strang has been 10.50's in E. John Duzac has been 1.1 under in all three classes at one time. The Fastest 302 Camaro period

So it appears the 302 Camaros own the classes. I thought there might be some other combos that were flying like 71 Boss 351Mustangs.

Rod, I wouldn't say the own the classes. Danny Byrd and Sheila Holt have 327s, and I believe Russell has a 350. I think the best of each combination can run very close to each other. I think the 327 or 302 is faster than the 350 though. There are/were LS1 Camaro/Firebirds that are well capable of running 10.0s in C and add 170 lbs for D or 340 lbs for E.

Dean Cook has been .62 at least in E with the 72 351c HO. I think Rob Youngblood went 10.41ish with his boss in D before he flipped it over backwards in a giant wheelstand.

You were asking about the quickest runs. There was an LS powered Camaro car that went to Sweeden. He ran C at Indy in 2013 right before it sold. Very fast car. Just don't remember his name. Just John Duzac has held some fast records recently in all the classes. I ran a 10.43 at 128 in D with my Ram Air 2 Firebird testing. Bet that was testing in good air, not at an NHRA meet.

Todd it was Kevin Stubbs' car. He ran really well with it and it was a really nice car.
