Don,there is a race in Indiana on Labor Day weekend and racers arrive on Wednesday or Thursday and sit in a field for days ( a full week before racing starts ) and there is no fee.,and the track is NHRA owned..so....it must be the Indians. However, after you have donated to the Indian Parking Fund ( To be known as the IPF) you can take a short walk over to the Gila River Casino, and win some of your $$ back.....just sayin...M.J.

I guess they could park in The Desert lol
If the track would go away and we had no place to race I dont think the lack of making 200 per racer will be the reason. The othe 51 weeks out of the year would the places I would look at why track closed.
Im bored with the super bowl. Only reason im on here typing. Nothing personal.

Looked into the situation plenty of times. The same problems keep coming up. Every once in awhile they will listen to the racers. Been down this road to many times. Not going there any more.

I suppose I can comment here.
I support the track when I can with bracket racing and T&T.

Independent Conservative math:

$150 x 100 = $15,000.

Security guards, 2 wks.
That would be 6 eight hour shifts
Let's pay them $25 per hour.
That's $6,000
Throw in another $1000 for the weekend
I know a couple of kids that will pick up the trash for two passes to the Nats.

The track is entitled to make money...No question about.

What am I missing, Mr K ?
