Tried to send a payment via paypal and I keep getting the following message and I have tried every option for payment (smart connect, bank transfer and credit card)
Sorry, the recipient doesn’t accept payments using this payment method. Please choose another. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? I have used paypal thousands of times and never had this problem before. Quote:
