Guilty. Kinda like getting caught with too many cc's in the runners. You guys are tough. On a bright summer day in 1968 we saw the light. We also got the Dodge franchise. I don't think there is enough internet space to tell all the stories since that fateful day.

No, in your case I think it's a whole lot worse than that!

Our last act of defiance was to put Southland Dodge on the side of our 67 427 Nova A/MP because we were already going to Indy. We won. Beat Randy Payne's factory Ford on a hole shot. When it was written up in National Dragster, it had a 426 Hemi. And so it began. We got a Hemi Dart shortly after. Yall have to give me a break. I was 24 years old. That was nearly 50 years ago. I guess we have been having big runners since then.

So you're claiming that it was a youthful discretion? I guess we've all been guilty of that.

I saw a photo from the 60's of a '41 Willys pickup that says Joe Teuton on the door. It's a nice looking bright yellow C/Gasser. Could that be what Dwight is talking about?

What about the yellow Willis pickup?? I visited with Big Joe last year and that seemed to be one of his favorites. I took a pic off the ones that were on the "wall of fame", I'll have to look for it.
