The track prep at Milan was first class. The crew sprayed and dragged the track every round for us. Here are some of the shots taken by Andrew Casselberry (aka rocknrolla).
![]() ![]() Dog Box had his A/SA 69 Camaro literally flying with a 10.26 ![]() Tony Goodman was #2 Qualifier in B/SA with an impressive 10.23. Tony put his car on the wheelie bars to the 60 ft. mark every run. ![]() Bobby Gyorke and Darrell Ciaravinno put on a great show for the fans with leaves like this. ![]() Bobby Gyorke was the #3 qualifier with a 10.14 in A/SA. ![]() Steve Novosel "ran it out" at 9.61 for P1.

Thanks for the reporting and photos. I got my first taste of drag racing at Milan in the mid 60s. Went 1-2 with my parents K/PS Mustang. They didn't know about the K/PS part, though...

Was The # 1 qualifier at the old HP weight or the new? 396 got 29 hp after Indy!
